Hi Olly
Welcome to the forum.
You got a nice instrument a Hohner Morino IV - the S-series, built from mid 80s until about 2000.
It's a 41 (treble key) / 120 (bass knob) instrument - a size many players regard as "standard" size.
It comes with 4 treble voices, means you have quite a few options to change the sound (the 11 white switch knobs).
A feature which is preferred by many players is the so-called cassotto - means 2 of the 4 treble chorusses are built into an extra compartment which mellows the sound.
All in total the Morino is a top instrument - many players prefer the IV over the V because the latter one despite its brighter sound is a bit bulky and weighs ca. 14.5kg, your's should be at least 2kg less.
The value greatly depends on its interior condition - if everything is in good shape (regularly played but not mistreated - eventually serviced once) it should be an easy sell.
Not sure how they're traded in UK - in Germany you should be able to sell it for €2k5...3k5 - be careful with crating and shipping in case you decide to sell it to the continent.
