What Kind of Accordion is this?

It is a six row chromatic button accordion, used mainly for Balkan music, made by Siwa & Figli. 90 buttons (43 keys) & 140 bass.

It's a Super Quattro Artist (Elegant). Siwa & Figli make lovely accordions mainly for Balkan music. I visited their factory a few years ago and played a number of their piano accordions.

Oh, I meant if there was a particular name that the Serbians call this amazing instrument. Its gorgeous.

BTW, it's got seven rows of bass buttons. Probably, starting closest to the bellows, minor thirds, major thirds, fundamental bass, minor chord, major chord and seventh
