Minimalism etc.

I saw Kimmo Pohjuonen at WOMAD last year. It was bonkers. I suppose you could call it "electronic thrash minimalism" or something. Not really the kind of thing I'd want to listen to normally but it was a fantastic performance and I enjoyed it and really admired him for just doing something very different.

I'd say the Penguin Cafe Orchestra is on the right side of minimalism, and some of that I reckon would work very well for an accordion group.
