I have seen a piano accordion on Ebay with tuning desribed as above.
What does this mean?
The accordion appears to be LMM if the photos are anything to go by.

Just a guess , The ad most likely means the accordion has 4 sets of reeds (treble) & 5 sets (bass) or 4/5 reed.

Eindhoven, the Nnetherlannds
Another guess could be that the 4rd reed has been changed into a quint. (There are some accordions with a quint register, but they typically are 5 reed accordions where the 5th reed is tuned a quint higher. Never seen this on a 4 voice instrument.)

Well from the Pic's It's a 3 reed treble and 4 or 5 reed bass.
Now for it's age - 40 to 50 years old. (That top bellows strap gives up it's age)
The cosmetic's look good but notice the dirt in the bellows and the wear on the bellows strap. This one should have quality machine made reeds (not hand made)
It seems the shoulder straps have been updated.
That 1250 euros is a stretch - better around 775 euros.
As for the comment tuned 4 & 5 , well the seller just might not be an accordionist, but taken advice elsewhere.
