Not everyones cup of tea I understand, but my bread and butter :D As Jim D observed much rock/metal is talentless 3 chords and screaming... I also prefer rock/metal that isnt just 3 chords and screaming, but with some actual music involved. Screaming involved too.., but genre aside, talent is always what impresses me.

Anyway... Finnish Viking metal anyone? :ch

Sadly Turisas no longer have an accordionist

Top comment on that video: Wow, I gotta give that chick mad props for somehow making accordions look cool.

Heres an acoustic one, for those who prefer without the loud noise, although it features accordion less heavily.

The accordionist is Netta Skog. I made a post a while ago about her solo playing, which is totally different (digital, strange) which you can see here

It ain't how many chords ......It's what you do with them..............we may need more than just three sub division forums if this carries on

As Angus Young of AC/DC is alleged to have commented to Eric Clapton......"Man you are a talented guitarist. You use all 5 chords"

To those of you who don't like rock :?: .....well if you can't stand the heat ....then the kitchen is not really the place for you

(Much like I was slapped down for daring to say that Mr Jimmy Shand's music did not make a huge impression on me :) ;) )

Hahah :)

In Rock you play 3 chords and have 1000 people listening,
but in Jazz you play 1000 chords and have 3 people listening!
- Frank Zappa on differences between Jazz & Rock music :-)

Ps. Rock / Metal accordion can require top skills and technique:
