Yes I agree they are cool to watch.
It looks like they use glue to put it in the reeds into the reed block, as opposed to wax. Do they do this now? Seems like it would be tough to remove in the future if you needed to get it out.
This has to be the CLEANEST workshop I've seen to date !!
And not really a glue but a liquid wax that seals and dry's just hard enough to hold the reed in place for the later application of beeswax & rosin mix.
Totally charming, I wish they showed a little more on the process overall, and I'd like to have that girl's job... official accordion tester all day long... lol
