Hohner Amati IIIB vs IIIM

I am looking for a small CBA, and have found both Hohner Amati IIIB and IIIM which occasionally come up for sale. They seem similar in size, both MM, and both 48 bass.
Does anyone know the difference between the two models?

I recently picked up a Hohner Amati IIIB in Switzerland. Brought it back with me to Arizona. Just sent off EU30 to Hohner for a certificate hoping to learn more about it. I don't play this instrument but it's beautiful and my sweetheart who plays piano and has perfect pitch says it sounds wonderful.
