Bellows condition: buying an old accordion

My first posting here (though have lurked a while). I'm a relative beginner and am interested in buying a second-hand piano accordion (around 50 years old). The bellows appear in generally good condition, though I noticed some random small black marks or spots right along the line of the folds. (Hope my description makes sense.) Please see the example photo. Is this something to worry about? Could it be e.g. mould that could spread further or am I over-worrying? Many thanks.

In most cases such spots in the folds are just dust or dirt and can be removed with a small brush. Should be nothing to worry about.
But of course when it is something more serious... we cannot tell that from the picture.

As Paul stated - just accumulated debris that can be cleaned.
