I phoned Castiglione’s in early December and the woman answering the phone said that they had only one accordion remaining in stock. I noticed that Liberty Bellows has many new Castiglione accordions for sale as well as some new Excelsiors—which causes me to wonder whether they (Liberty Bellows) may have purchased at least some of Castiglione’s stock.
 
that sounds like a good assumption

if you spot older era looking castiglione models in this "new" pile
bear in mind he sourced from ZeroSette in the waaaay back days
so they may be actually damn fine accordions even if they smell of mothballs
