Many Scandinavian players like swing, and those two are great. Also check out Søren Brix, a Danish CBA player. Hes not a swing player particularly, but well worth a listen.

Harry Mooten from The Netherlands was swinging it on PA when I was still crawling across the floor in the early 50s:-



I still crawl along the floor occasionally, but sadly Harry died in 1996. 

He even swung the old Amsterdam folk tunes:-

On the subject of swing, Im not really a fan of gypsy swing type bands, but these Italian guys have quite a distinct sound thats just that little bit different.
