Hello! Here I am again with a question. I always wanted a cassotto instrument since I just am so in love with that smooth sound. Now I had a conversation with the guy selling this one:
http://www.ebay.de/itm/Akkordeon-Ke...48a90e0&pid=100011&rk=1&rkt=4&sd=201813006740
and we came to the agreement of me trading my Scandalli polifonico X (I asked scandalli, its been made around 1995) and 350 euros in for the Cassotto. My guess it is once custom built for someone named Kelly and overall it looks like a good italian instrument. Now I am going to try it out end of the month before I make the deal. I have no idea what make this accordion is but if I compare to pictures of instrument it looks similar to Paolo Soprani bodywise and registerwise. I also asked the guy to send me some more pics of the inside. I get a 2 year warrranty with it.
What do you guys think is this a fair deal as far as you can tell?
I mean I know I got the Scandalli for a bargain but I am quite attached to it, so I dont want to give it up to lightly.
Thanks for reading
