This came out two days ago: https://dg.lnk.to/Sidorova_Carmen

An album based on Bizets Carmen, i. e. Some of the biggest tunes ever, in all different arrangements with non-classical elements, with a massive record label behind it.

Good news to read DG has contracted Ksenija Sidorova for an accordion recording on DG.
The support from the Deutsche Grammophon label can help to promote accordion(s).
They have done this with Richard Gallianos Bach recording, and also included Teodoro Anzelotti in an accordion track on a Berio DG recording.

The Berlin Philharmonic concert with Aydar Gaynullin on accordion also had lots of online YT views

That's great, I heard Aidar Gainullin when he won the Coupe Mondiale in Harrow. I thought he was a stunning musician but that was 15 years ago and I didn't have much to compare him to at the time. If he's playing with such a famous orchestra, he must have done well for himself. That's cheered me up.

And as you say, all this creates opportunities for up and coming players.
