Hi guys.

I would really appreciate if someone could help me identify which model this Dallape is and give me a rough idea of age and value.

I don't know anything at all about accordions, I bought it at a local auction because I loved the colour and style of it and I'd like to display it somewhere in my house.

Thanks guys

Welcome Dukity! To me it “looks like” a chromatic button accordion with Stradella bass from the “middle part of the 20th century.” From the look of the straps and bellows it would appear to be in rough shape music wise, and better as a conversation piece as you intend. Again, valuing an accordion from a picture is like tasting ice cream from a YouTube video. Not that easy. In “perfect vintage playing shape” (which is not likely with this one) it could go for $3 - 400. Anything less playing wise would bring it down accordingly to a $35 wall piece. Just my opinion here.

Thanks for the reply. You're right in saying it needs a lot of work. Work that will never get carried out sadly because it would cost more than it's worth I believe. Thankfully though I don't need it to sound good 🙂
