Looks Italian, 3 voice treble, narrow keys accordion, also known as "ladies size".

From the register switch housing my guess would be it was made by Universal.
Zoomed in it appears 3 of the five registers are master, which implies 2 voice.
The picture cannot really be zoomed in a lot... indeed it kinda looks like 3 are master, and the others bassoon and clarinet, which then makes it a 2 voice LM. That's a pity. Wasting register switches instead of adding a third bank of reeds...
