Hello all! I'm a theatre technician living in NYC, who picked up the accordion as a hobby a few years ago. I currently play casually by myself, and occasionally with a friend who plays the fiddle. Another friend rescued an accordion from a neighbor that was headed for the trash, and I've been using that to practice my accordion repair.

Sounds like you're enjoying your accordion and I hope you enjoy this forum.
Great thing about the accordion, you can play "complete" music, melody and harmony on your own, or you can play with others. Glad to hear you have a fiddler to play with, classic combination "box and fiddle" it works so well.
What style(s) of music do you like playing.
