I was wondering if anyone has suggestions or exercises to "walk" the accordion as they say. This to add to my daily repetition. Bear in mind, I'm still a very much a beginner. I've been practicing triads (chords), arpeggios (broken chords) for the last couple of days and feel I could do with a little more coverage or something to aim for to structure it more, get more keys/chords in if that makes sense. Or introduce more variation to make it a little more fun.

My current practice is CMaj - EMaj - GMaj and then walk up and down an octave.

Sergiu and I have a common friend and there are some interesting stories about him. First, yes he is a consumate professional and that explains the casualness. If you've had the opportunity to do something for 30-40 years at a higher level, it becomes very natural for you, and so what some see as "wow" really is "just another exercise" for him. He's also the kind of guy that when you give him an accordion, he can play for many, many hours, in fact once he starts, its hard to get him to stop... lol

Interesting fact, he lives in Montreal, but I've never had the pleasure of bumping in to him. Maybe one day. :)
