I have only this photo. I think the shape of the logo is characteristic, but I don't recognize it.

Looks a little like an acme accordion logo. That is as close as I can get...

I seem to see the A and the C, the rest blurs out too much when blown up.

I believe it is an International Detroit Logo from the late 30 to mid 40`s.
Then again, maybe not.
