Arm/shoulder pain and John Bonica's ebook

Hi all

Has anyone looked at John Bonicas book about playing the accordion without pain?

It looks like it should be useful, but isnt finished yet, its being sold chapter by chapter.

I get quite a bit of pain in my right arm and shoulder, Im having to rest and not play at the moment, since playing Christmas carols for two hours just before Christmas!

Bursitis - left shoulder. I may ask for a corticosteroid injection or physio - but I've had it for a long time. It limits me to just about an hour before it aches & ruins my concentration. Listeners can't last that long anyway... :lol:
