This is a folk accordion course aimed at sharpening left hand techniques to create meaningful accompaniments.
Interesting tunes will be used including some from lost manuscripts published in 1800 and none of the repertoire will be too demanding. By using simpler tunes I will concentrate on demonstrating and teaching different methods to avoid the repetitive oompah accompaniments used by some and inflicted on so many.
