45 pieces is a nice challenge and you should take breaks too. I always enjoy a 45min play - 15 min break... that way you need a few less songs, people know you are there and with that 45 songs, you can actually go for a longer period of time. Also don't forget to switch registrations more and instead of just playing a song 2 times make it 3 repetitions, that too gets them from 2.7in to over 3 min.

It was warmer today, but I still wore my woolen bunnet, maybe for luck…. I brought 45 songs and probably played about 35, standing for 2 hours with 10 minute break, with the stroller. No repeats, good crowd, tips. I played Au Claire de la Lune in honor of my French friends.

As usual, I did much better with the memorized songs. I think if I memorize 45 - 50 of the accordion industrial complex I can comfortably cover the 20 hours of this market without too much repeat. By then I will be totally sick of it and ready to go on to ?????
