i was looking on the internet and i saw weird jupiter bayans. They were all C griff instruments with no logo. However, they sound cheap and bad in my opinion. I am aware that there are 2 Jupiter companies. 1 with a star in the logo (according to many the lesser) And one without a star. But I can't put the sound and look of these bayans in one of these two companies.

Two examples of the strange jupiter.

Jupiter with the star logo (the lesser one)

How the bayan sounds in recordings like this depends mostly on how the sound was recorded. Bayan makers will produce C-griff upon request, and other than being C-griff these accordions are technically equivalent to what they make in B-griff. If you expect a Russian bayan to sound like an Italian "bayan" (of twice the price) you may be disappointed. A Russian bayan sounds a bit sharper (especially in the MH register) than an Italian one. But in the L register the sound is very nice and mellow (and in LM also)... The ones shown here without logo do look exactly like the best Jupiter (without star in the logo). Professional players often request to not have any logo on their accordion as the name/logo on display is seen as a form of advertisement and therefore then not allowed on TV programs.
