The Paraguayan "guitar"?

There's an accordion in the background ?
It's an interesting variant of the diatonic harp. It uses guitar tuners instead of typical harp tuning pegs. Also, the strings fall down the center of the harp thus avoiding warping side-tension.

I've also seen a Paraguayan harp player use a finger ring with a kind of T bar on it to play accidentals.
"Slide harp" even more like a guitar!
