Super Amati accordion

Hi all,

Earlier this year I purchased this Super Amati piano accordion. Made in the 1960s, it is LMMMH, has a double chamber, palm master, and has 140 basses. 14 treble switches +1 master (palm switch) and 7 bass switches (inc. master). The low and middle (clarinet) reed is in the chamber.

It bears a striking cosmetic resemblance to Giulietti accordions, such as the Classic 127s. With the treble clef on the grille, could it have been made by Serenelli?

Does anyone know of any other Super Amati accordions to exist or any information about the Super Amati brand?

It has all the markings of one made by Serenelli. The Super Amati name is a question mark to me. I know Amati was a noted violin maker of the past as well as Stradivarius.
So the name plate on an accordion is pretty much meaningless since the factory would probably attach any name you wanted.
All that aside, it looks to be a high end beauty from the late 50`s.

Excuse my ignorance but I am interested to know what the seventh row of bass buttons are?

I'ts an extra counterbass row that has minor 3rds instead of major 3rds.
And yes identical to the first Giulietti models imported to the US.
