Spring is around the corner!

That's fab! Love the well executed bellows shake!

And you're right, had a lovely weekend of warm weather here in England! Nice to celebrate it with some nice tunes too :)

Thank you for your kind words. I’m glad you enjoyed it.

I've noticed that you really have an old taste for music. This originates from the 1930's - or earlier - if my research is correct. That Guido Deiro song you did is from 1913. Whenever I researched the songs you played I saw that they are recorded to shellac records.

How did you come to know these old songs? Your tunes always bring a smile to my face and enrich my musical knowledge.

Great as usual Zevy, thanks, but we got snow here……. No cherry blossoms yet….

I learned this from a collection of recordings made by Frosini. I studied with Charles Nunzio, who was his student. These were quite popular during Frosini's lifetime and after his passing. Many artists covered his music. Just to name a few: Gervasio Marcosignori, John Molinari, Veikko Ahvenainen, Luigi Appareti, Leo Aquino, Pearl Fawcett-Adriano, Bernadette Conlon. I'm sure I left out many others.

I particularly like to play music that was written for the accordion, or at the very least fits the instrument very well.

I am VERY glad that you enjoyed this.

Thank you. It’s cold here too, but I’m looking forward to Spring.
