Scandalli 02 / 23 model - more info?

I have recently been given an old Scandalli piano accordion that I am looking for more details on.

It has engraving on the back of '02 / 23'. Does anybody know anything about this model? e.g. age, quality

Welcome Arodc!
It's made by a reputable, "quality " Italian maker.
Probably from the late 1940s.
Intended for learner, or folk/traditional/popular music.
Appears to have no couplers, possibly two sets of reeds, even one only (?) in the right hand.
Capable of surprisingly intricate and entertaining music in the right hands.
A nice thing for those folk sessions!
