Roland editor

I have downloaded the set editor but when I click on fr3x then open set editor I get the error message (import file not valid) can anyone help.

I just have to click on the jar file then, when the set editor opens, I can choose the model.

FR7X_FR3X_FR1X_Set_Editor_1_01.jar

Perhaps download it again? Because its java it will run on linux and the other less useful systems.
