I bought a pair of karaoke microphones, destroyed the plastic and used the electronics of the microphone with my accordion. I changed the directional microphones with electret microphones (omnidirectionals) and it worked pretty good. If you get one, i can show you how to do it.
Materials:
-Electret microphones (I reccomend (Treble mics/Bass mics) 7/5 for a 41 key, 5/3 for a 37 key, 4/2 for a 34 key, 3/2 for a 30 or 26 key)
-1k ohm resistors (One per mic)
-0.1uF capacitors (Ceramic or polyester will work) (one per mic)
-Small on/off switch
-500k Mono Potentiometers for volume
-one LED
Going wireless has been discussed before and the Line6 G10 came up as a suggestion. I bought it (two of them actually) and have been very happy with it. A G10 is a mono setup though. Not sure whether you are looking for mono or stereo.
