Thank you Ben!

Hello and welcome Jason,
If I may ask- what accordion are you learning on, and what materials have you found useful?

Hi, And a warm welcome from me, too. Are you self-teaching?

Maki,

Thanks for the welcome, I am learning on a Lux Fisa accordion which frankly I know very little about. Its a 3 voice 120 base. Even though I am not sure how good of quality it is, I am learning a lot and enjoying it a lot!

So far I have only downloaded a few books and am using Youtube a lot... doing pretty well considering.

Soulsaver,

Thank you for the welcome, Yes so far self-teaching, One of the reason I joined is that I hope to meet locals who play or teach, I have played the piano for 20 years so even though I am self teaching I feel I am doing pretty good.

My only concern is that I do not want to learn any bad habits by teaching myself and an instructor could set me straight before that happens...

Cheers
Jason
