New to the forum.

Hello

 I am a beginner accordion player. I am learning B system as well as Piano accordion.  I have a strong interest in free bass and am in the process of restoring a 120 bass bayan converter.  I have learned so much already from reading through past forum posts.  

I used to be a violist but now just play violin and viola for my own satisfaction.

Welcome, and good luck restoring the bayan. There may be helpful folks in the accordion repair facebook group (but giving good help on-line is hard in any case, mainly because problems can be hard to diagnose without physical access to the instrument).

Thanks for the warm welcomes. I'll mention again that I have learned so much from reading through posts. I can never find information on the topic I am searching for, but it hardly matters, as the search always leads to something fascinating.
