March 7-10 2018! NAA 2018 Convention

This is going to be a very exciting Year for the Accordion.... come to the National Accordion Convention
in Texas Mar 7-10 2018 in Richardson *northeast sub of Dallas

This year the Digital Accordionists will be on the Main Floor...

We will be covering the BK-7m FR-1x FR-4x FR-8x for classes

Host: Ian Blair Fries and co-host Chuck Henry AndMusic
Spotlight Accordionist : Richard Noel Dale Matthies Joseph Natoli Paul Betken Chuck Henry Bill Palmer Gordon Kohl and more
The Suite will be open daily between 9:30 and 5:30 P.M. for scheduled talks, informal discussions, and accordion playing. We will have a social hour and snacks each day from 4:30 to 5:30.
And... the Digital Accordions Longhorn III/IV Suites will be open
for the Pre-Convention Wednesday March 7th
For Registration, Meetup and Social time from 1:30pm-5:30pm and
the Evening 730pm-10pm including Late Night Jamming
So if you are flying in or arriving on Wednesday .. there will be something for you to do and enjoy with us!
All are welcome from experienced digital accordionists to those who would like to experience a digital accordion up close for the first time.
The Digital area will be open all day all three days + Wednesday March 7th

Pass the word on... The NAA 2018 website is still being updated but you can register and rsvp the hotel now
and prepare your travel arrangements.

Thanks for the announcement. This sounds like a very positive step for the future of accordion music in general and digital accordions specifically. The lineup of performers is impressive. Unfortunately, I wont be able to get there; I have many obligations here at home at that time. Will the NAA carry a summary after the convention of what took place at the convention, as it usually does?
 
Nice to see this happen. Congratulate those that are helping others with accordion technique and setting up sounds on YouTube. A great incentive to younger and even seniors to take up this wonderful instrument.
