LITTLE PART NEEDED HELP!

I bought a Older Hohner student IVM and it needs a bellow snap to snap the bellow strap on. It has a screw in the middle. I am including some pics. If anyone can help I can fix this. I have just a screw there and the strap hangs down. Thanks Ron
