Two tips -
1 - Did you check your spam folder?
2 - Does the website have a contact us link? I did not receive something I ordered not to long ago from a different website - it turns out they were transitioning to a new website. Went to the new website and went to the contact us link and sent them a message. Not only did they send me the book I ordered, but threw in a CD for free to boot!

I just checked your website and they do indeed have a contact us link which has an address and phone number. Additionally, if you click on the contact us link on that page, you can fill in a form to send them a message. You have a lot of options here. I'm looking around on the website - looks like they have some interesting stuff. Let me know how you make out - I may make some orders there as well.

Definitely try the phone number. Frank Busso, Jr. has his hands in many projects. If you wind up leaving a message, it may take a few days before he calls back. I know — it’s not the way you or I would do business, but eventually he always comes through.

I really can’t advise you further. Keep trying the phone number. If you catch him on the phone, that’s more effective than sending email.

Why don't you just fill out the contact form. That's what I usually do, and I'm not in Hong Kong! The contact form has you put in your e-mail, so they will respond via e-mail, is my assumption. I've had great success with other online businesses doing that.

I have bought several items from deffner.com. He has a lot of "irons in the fire" -- I think too many. But, if you make the right contact with him (hit him at the right time), he comes through. He's good, honest and trying to keep that website alive.

may I know what time did you make the successful call to ernestdeffner? I called from Hong Kong at 8:30AM, 11:30AM (Virginia time), all went to message box.

I can't keep calling because the roaming fee is expensive if I hit the message too many times.
