Interesting right hand range! Info sought on brand.

I found this very interesting Iorio Philharmonic. It has 41 keys, but they go from C to E! I had never seen it before.

Two sets of reeds for right hand, both tuned in between bassoon and clarinet. In other words, it goes from the bassoon's lowest C to clarinet's highest E.

Any info on this brand and model? Is it a good one, in terms of quality?

My uncle had a Philharmonic accordion back in the 1960s. It was an excellent instrument. But I can’t determine whether the accordion in this photo is a Philharmonic, or an Iorio…or neither!
