This accordian was passed down to me. The serial number is 595511, and it does ay made in Italy. I was told it's borsini, but has no emblem. The small d emblem I suppose is personal but have no idea. Any help identifying this is appreciated!

I m not an expert. But identification does not change the price much on this I think. Around 200-300 USD. Maybe less. 12 bass, no register switch. A buyer will be rare.

Murathan's estimate is good (maybe even optimistic). The maker is hard to tell because accordion brands have not always made these small student/beginner accordions themselves. Basically they are not really interested so whoever can make them cheaply could deliver them...

Hi Stevo and welcome!πŸ™‚
This is a small, almost a novelty 25/12 item. It probably doesn't matter much who of many possible makers actually made it.
Asking prices vary a great deal.
With the exception of Hohners, serial numbers are useless as no one else has bothered to keep track of them .
There's a lot on YouTube about how to play them.
Good luck with it!πŸ™‚
