tereso: This is a Hohner classic which, with care, last forever. Button/diatonic players on here will probably be able to suggest a date/age.
To be honest the age is not as important as the condition and this will only be seen with an internal inspection.
The exterior suggests that it may have been stored for long time in a not too dry environment ( the chromium grill seems to have rusted/oxidised).
It's not a death sentence but may point to other things needing attention.
I recommend you extend your search for knowledge by showing the Corona on the site for diatonic/button accordions/melodeons at melodeons.net

As suggested, find advice on its condition.
As for suitability, the Corona II was the 'box' for Border Music - players like Flaco Jimenez.
GCF was also standard unless playing with brass instruments. In that case you would also want a second instrument.
It looks to be quite old (1970s?) and so built in Germany - much better than the modern ones.
I played a German-built Corona II for 20+ years and never had a problem with it - bullet proof!
edit: I see it is marked 'Made in Germany.' Good!

Pre 1970s - the grille is flat around the edge, which, if it's anything like an Erica, dates it to the 60s or earlier. I believe this streamlined model was introduced in the late 50s, so I guess yours was built somewhere in that timeframe. It's a good, solid box, and if you get it refurbished properly it will last aeons longer than a modern Chinese built instrument.
