there are many sweet European Waltz' from Western Europe
like Tulpen aus Amsterdam.. they are nice with a gentle 3 reed
musette with fistfulls of chords.. the happy kind a local band might
play in the old town area for a festival.. the sound reflecting off
the tall stone walls of the buildings and reverberating back along
the narrow twisting side streets
then you have a bunch of French and Belgian 3/4 time tunes
that do not need to be played single finger with a strong musette,
but can be chorded with a nice sweet 3 reed box to be quite amazing..
oof ! the Volksmuzik 3/4 time to have in your ear on a Volksmarch
up the Hohe Strasse and out to the Overlook above the Danube
so many sweet and pleasant songs that can make an accordion
like this one sing happily !
we havn't even gotten to Strauss yet !
don't forget the happy Madzurkas that are birthed half Italian
and half Austrian ! born in the high country and telling stories
of love and carefree times dancing above the clouds !

Pairing Southwind with Tennessee today. Irish and American. Decided to go with the American key of C even though I have always played Southwind in G it’s ok in C. Can always modulate on the fly if I get the urge.
