I, at least, will be glad to see some consistently cooler weather. I'm sure you'll be appreciating some warmth.
A long distant spring scene I remember from my early childhood is one of pussy willow coming into bud, with snow still on the ground.

Yup, and snowdrops, daffodils, crocus... We have to plan our gardens for things that actually LIKE snow - kale, brussels sprouts, pumpkin...

Happy Easter to everyone. We currently have snowdrops, daffodils, crocus and hyacinths in full bloom. Our lawns are turning green and will need mowing very soon and we will be able to sit outside. Each of the four seasons has its nicer aspects and I look forward to each of them.
