Exercises for learning bellows shake and repeated notes

I'm keen on using more bellows shakes and repeated notes. It seems to me these techniques are best learned through working through exercises. Can anyone recommend a book with these sorts of exercises? I'm also always trying to improve my LH so I'm interested in exercises for this as well.

Sarah, thanks very much for the 'fast repeated notes' link (blimey! That guy has technique...). My triplets are a bit hit and miss and this is such a helpful demo. It didn't occur to me before to look for non-accordion keyboard tutorials.

Thank you for sharing this video! I like him! On my acoustic I loved using bellows shakes. Im fighting with the technique on my FR-8x - Ill get it accomplished sooner or later though!!!! Think I just need to make sure my bellows are open a bit when I start the shake.

I too find bellows shake tough on the FR- 8x. You can get some nice effects but it's not the same as in the video above.
