Hi,

Look at this CASINO accordion, looks like a melodeon, but the layout seems to be like a piano accordion with buttons and 12 basses. Asking if someone can confirm this. Or is it something different?

To me it looks like going from LA (top) to FA (bottom) with b / # on the correct places. A to F in english notation.

Not mine, just saw this on a french site.

Yes not a Melodeon, but a non - diatonic 12 bass with treble buttons instead of keys.
 
The concertina equivalent was a "Jedcertina" and there were the old style Hohner melodicas with rectangular buttons in a "piano" layout.
