Blue Skirt Waltz is originally a Czech song, the actual translation is RED skirt waltz (Červená sukýnka) written by Vaclav Blaha in 1943 and first released by Jiřina Salačová in 1944.

One of my favorite Oktoberfest songs is Anton aus Tirol but this is one of those songs you HAVE to have lyricis with it for best effects. Its not only great to dance to, its funny as heck if you catch the lyrics.
