For a long time I have used two AKG gooseneck microphones which clip onto the accordion, and go to a battery pack I wear clipped to my belt, and from there to the sound system. The battery pack is an AKG B23L which seems to be a standard, but recently I’ve been having trouble with one of the channels due to a dodgy switch. I tried to buy a new B23L but it seems to be discontinued, as I couldn’t find any sites or shops (in Europe) which still sell it. No information on the AKG website that I could find though
Anyone know if there’s an obvious replacement for the B23L, which would work with my existing mics? They are mini-XLR connections. I’d like to stay with these mics as they have also worked very well, and the clips for them have been screwed into my accordion, and I’d prefer not to remove them
