Going to go take a look at this one tomorrow - looks perfect cosmetically. Box shows no sign of use, mold, or mildew. Minimal verdegris on the clasps. The owner says he just uses it as a decoration piece - hopefully that means it’s sat in the air conditioned living room for the last 20 years.

Bass buttons have slipped their rods but that should be easy to fix.

Am assuming it’s going to need wax and leathers - but hoping for a pleasant, travel size instrument. No clue what type of reeds are in there - hoping for a MM. I know some of these scandalli‘s had cool “fuel gauge” style reed indicators - don’t know if this one has that.

Will see tomorrow whether I get it or not after I open it up - he only wants $50 which seems fair enough IMG_2051.jpegIMG_2052.png

Would enjoy hearing more about its condition when you get it in your hands and more about your rehab efforts.

It's a handsome instrument!

I bought it - pictures to follow.

It looks like an LMM, it has a palm register switch and a fuel gauge style reed indicator.

Bass buttons are stuck open for now - couldn’t play it. Has nice shallow action - keys are almost too loose.

Missing a bass strap and one bellows clasp.

Can’t wait !!

Cool! Yea, I restored his little brother a while back, a “Cameo.” These are super cool accordions, but alas, this one too has passed…..

Nice instrument there.  May it be worthy of years more service in the hands of someone who will give it the attention it deserves.
