There is an accordion player in San Francisco Bay Area, The Great Morgani, that has dozens of elaborate outfits that he wears while performing.
I really don't know how he does it. I saw him once at an Italian Festival near Sacramento in August. It was over 100ºF and he was on a pedestal in the direct sun wearing one of his costumes and playing.
