Hi All,

Forgive my complete lack of accordion knowledge, I have been given an accordion as a present recently as a ornament for my studio, hHwever I would like to get it working. I am interested to know what make/model it is, obviously it says Mantovani _ Made in Germany on it, but searching this I cant find anything on Google. I believe it is from the 1930's according to the description it had with it when it was bought but that is about as much as I know.

I have started taking it apart to see what condition its in and found a fish with Cawit stamped on the frame of the bellow. Again I have know idea if this is important or not. looks like I have quite a bit of work to do lol.

Anyway appreciate all your thoughts and information. Below are some links to the photos of the accordion

Cheers

Lloyd

Hi Lloyd - welcome to the forum. None of those links work for me, albeit says 'temporary error' even tho' I'm running Chrome - I'll try it again later.

I'm also running Chrome -- Error Message -- I'll try again

Hi Lloyd.
When you make a post there is a tab at the bottom called something like "upload attachments".
Simply click here and upload the images.
