From your photo, you have a Chinese made accordion from the early 1970s/ late 1960s.
We would need a few more pictures to tell you much more other than many similar instruments are constantly being offered for sale, almost daily, on eBay and gumtree. Search for "used Bai-le accordion for sale " on the web and you'll find out some more about them, including the asking prices, like here:
