Wet or what ?🤔

It's very wet, but not a harsh sound, so it's not bad sounding at all. I still wouldn't tune any of my instruments this way, but I can live with it. It fits the style of the music quite well.
 
But it's not the accordion in the picture.... Doesn't sound like a diatonic.
A bit of hunting indicates that it's Mick Foster, a PA player of course.

In my experiences I find any accordion with Musette tuning is far more popular and saleable than anything tuned dry. It certainly adds another dimension to the instrument, more so for enthnic music lovers
Obviously there are still plenty of folks liking the dry sound.
 
A nice example of Scottish music -- pretty funny that they put it on a "Best of Irish Accordion" album!
