Unknown waltz

Does anyone know this tune? Its been kicking around the back of my head for years, then somebody started playing it last night and nobody could remember its name. Please help.

Ive attached an mp3 and a pdf - or tried to.

not absolutely sure but could be the 'oslo waltz'. I have it on a CD somewhere but can't remember which one but will have a look through

Brilliant - thanks, folks. Up here in Orkney I've heard it paired with 'Life in the Finnish Woods' so that makes sense, as a Scandinavian pair.
