The South Americans do seem to specialise in this kind of thing.
Another exponent of this technique is Tostão Mineiro : see him on YouTube for some accordion fireworks!??
(He can be somewhat severe on his accordions, however.!?)

He is wild!Nice but Figueroa is on another level, he basically has redefined what can be done on the Stradella bass system.
Even he wouldn't play with the right hand on basses, his left hand plays so smoothly and fast...triplets, chromatisms, everything! Wow!
