Piano key springs

Please see the attached photo.
I believe the leg of the spring for the black keys which presses on the keyboard should be long enough to terminate between the black key side guides, (where the red felt squares are) several of mine are slightly short and do not reach the side guides, what do you think ?
Please help,if you can ., i have very little experience of accordion dismantling.
