just google 'youtube jimmy shand the hits'

Well worth a listen and useful for by ear players to have a go at playing along with

The Shand recordings sound much better listened to through decent headphones rather than the laptop speaker which makes them sound 'tinny' I use Goodmans GHP02 which are big padded ones with a volume control rather than the little things you stick in your ear

There are two official biographies of Sir Jimmy, both of which had his approval and are accurate. They come up on ebay from time to time and are well worth a read!

There is also the Shand Family Website with some history . http://www.jimmyshand.com . This is run by Jimmy shand jnr and has for sale some top class CDs produced from the original masters owned by the family and very carefully remastered . Also 2 books of Sir Jimmys own compositions
